Located on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina, Parrot Swamp Farm has been a working farm since the early 1900's. We are a sustainable farm using rotationally grazed livestock and compost to keep the land fertile. We strive to grow our produce as nature intended with as little outside input of fertilizers or other chemicals as possible.

When in season, our farm produces Eggs-Brown, Baby Lettuce Mix , bunching onion, Butternut Squash, corn, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Fresh Local Vegetables,
